Silverman Receives Award for Commitment to Physician Education
Dr. Barry Silverman with Northside Cardiology was a recent award
recipient from the American College of Physicians for his contribution
to community physician education. In 1973 Dr. Silverman started
Internal Medicine Education at Northside, believing that continued
education is crucial because "outstanding medical centers need quality
education programs for physicians." He is an active member of the
American College of Physicians and the American College of Cardiology,
and encourages physicians to actively participate in medical
organizations to ensure the community is receiving the best medical
care. Northside Hospital congratulates Dr. Silverman on his
accomplishments and his continued commitment to service.

is implementing an Electronic Health Record (EHR). Your
records will be available to the provider at either of our locations
via our EHR. You can continue to call the same phone number
you have always used to schedule at either location.
Dr. J Chen was recently
elected as Cardiology Section Chair of Northside Hospital. Dr. Singh
and Silverman have also been past Chairs.

radial artery catherizations of all interventional cardiologist at St
Joseph's hospital. This technique offers patients the ability to
